Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Rehabilitation
When cardiovascular health is compromised or if
the patient has experienced a serious incident, a structured
rehabilitative program is in order. Individualized rehabilitation
strategies — developed through consultation with physicians, exercise
specialists, and nurses — maximize the health benefits and progress of each patient.
A significant part of cardiovascular
rehabilitation is conducted in classes, three days per week, for varying
periods of time depending on the patient’s specific condition.
Instructor-led and video classes, support and social groups, and
individual and group exercise routines speed recovery.
