Mike Carmody graduated from Grand Valley State University in 1985, in both physical therapy and athletic training. Mike is certified in pedorthics from Northwestern University and is currently working on his post-professional doctor of physical therapy degree from Des Moines University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, National Athletic Trainers Association, and the Pedorthic Footcare association.

Jennifer Hill, DPT
Jennifer Hill joined Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in 2007 after graduating from Central Michigan University with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Prior to joining the Hospital, Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2002. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has a special interest in women’s health issues.

Stan Kauffman, PT, Cert. MDT
Stan Kauffman completed the physical therapy program at the Ohio State University in 1977 and joined the Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in 2000. He is a member of the McKenzie Institute USA and was the second physical therapist in Michigan to earn the institute's certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the spine in 1995. Stan's primary professional interest is mechanical classification and treatment of spine and extremity pain, from low back and neck pain to extremity joint derangements and migraines.

Meghan Radocy, DPT
Meghan Radocy joined Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in 2010. She graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science before obtaining her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Puget Sound in 2006. Prior to joining Northern Michigan Regional Hospital, Meghan worked at an outpatient clinic in Washington with a focus on orthopaedics and women’s health issues.

Karyn Dunlap joined Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in 2002. She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and The University of Findlay Ohio. Karyn currently serves as the clinical supervisor of outpatient therapy and home health. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

Flash Evoy, COTA/L
Flash Evoy joined Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in 2011 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the home health division. Prior to joining the Hospital, Flash graduated from Grand Rapids Community College with her Associates of Applied Science, with a specialization in Occupational Therapy. Flash completed her pre-degree requisites at North Central Michigan College in Petoskey, where she has been a resident for fourteen years.

Jennifer Swenor joined Northern Michigan Regional Hospital
in 2009. She is a native of Charlevoix, Michigan, and a 2008 graduate of
Ohio State University with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. Prior to
becoming an occupational therapist, Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of
Science in both Cytogenetics and Medical Technology and worked as a
research associate doing molecular genetic research at James Cancer
Hospital at the Ohio State University Medical Center. She is a member of
the American Occupational Therapy Association. |

Mary Fikes joined Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in 2001. She is a native of Big Rapids, Michigan, and a 1997 graduate from University of Northern Colorado with a Masters of Speech-Language Pathology degree. Mary is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and recently became certified in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT). |
