Most people experience back pain sometime in life. The pain may range from mild to severe. Our therapists, teamed with your physician, have been successful helping people return to work and recreational activities.
Treatment Strategies
Treatment focuses on decreasing pain, increasing movement and strength, as well as education and preventative care such as proper posture and movement techniques. Following an initial evaluation, a personalized program will be developed. A specific exercise program that includes stretching, strengthening and other activities is necessary.
