Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees provides the highest level of governance to Northern Michigan Regional Health System. The Trustees are responsible for all Health System operations and affairs, ensuring that the organization and operations are consistent with its status as a Michigan nonprofit and tax-exempt charitable organization. The Board is comprised of dedicated community leaders who serve on a volunteer basis and represent a broad range of views and experiences.
